What I do for fitness. I have a variety of routines. I do DDP YOGA, SLAPS, Plank & Broken Table, Cat Arch/Cat Lift, Boxing, Standing Knee-ups, working out with weights and Back Therapy Exercises..
1. DDPYOGA - What is ddpyoga? It is an exercise routine developed by former WWE/WCW Champion Diamond Dallas Page. It combines yoga poses, calisthenics and cardio. It is developed to help athletes have longer careers but it is also great for weight loss. If you go to his website and buy the app, it has every exercise routines, healthy meals, smoothie recipes and it has motivation tips as well.

2. SLAPS - SLAPS is a routine that I do that I created. It is Squats, Lunges, AB-Ups, Pushups and Sidebends.
Squats I can do, no problem.
Lunges - I can only do a half lunge but that is still a challenge for me.
Ab Ups - I do standing Ab-ups. When I watch tv, I will do Ab-ups during the commericals so can do 3-5 sets of them.
Pushups - I do standing pushups against the wall so I have to modify them. To make it harder, I stand further away from the wall.
Sidebends - I can do them sitting or standing.

3. Plank & Broken Table - If I don't want to workout, I will do plank and broken table x3 and I will end uup feeling that for the rewst of the day.

4. Cat Arch/Cat Lift - If I do plank and broken table, I usually put in cat arch & cat lift and that will put an extra couple minutes on my routine and cat arch & cat lift is an underrated exercise and it is pretty easy to do but it does hurt my forearms after the plank and broken table exercise.

5. Boxing - So my boxing routine is pretty easy. I just stand up for about a minute or two and shadow box. With my right hand, I will throw some jabs, move forward and backwards, and then I will do the same with hooks, body shots and upper cuts and then i will throw some combos. After that, I will the same exercises with my other hand. And if I feel like it, I will do one round of straight shadow boxing.

6. Standing Knee-ups - This is a good quick exercise to get your heart rate up and you can do this on tv commercial breaks.

7. Weights - I have a full body weight workout routine that I do in my living room. Every exercise that I have listed I do in my livng room. I do not go to a gym at all.
8. Back Therapy - This is a personal one as I locked up my back and my Physical Therapist has ggiven me exercises to fix my back so this may not apply to you. But most of the exercises I do for my back therapy, are in ddpyoga.
In conclusion, these are the exercises that I can do. Some are super quick and some are longer routines.
If I don't feel like doing a big workout, I will do my knee ups or do one round of SLAPS. Once I do that, usually I will feel like doing more but the hardes part about working out - is STARTING.

I will do my back therapy so it is all floor based. So while I am down there, I will add some plank and broken tables, and then I will put in my cat arch and cat lift. So that is about a 25minute workout for me. I could also add some more floor exercises if I wanted to and make it a longer routine. But it all started with doing with just getting up and doing my back exercises and just adding to that.
