I know if I just put my mind to it and follow the guidelines and try my best, I can lose a lot of weight.

Also I know if I try my best, in as little as 2 weeks I will notice a difference and have some non-scale victories. ie. Find it easier to put my socks and shoes on, cardio improves and just feel better overall.
​
Also, when I start losing weight, it motivates me keep going and to try even harder to lose even more weight.

5lbs at a Time Oct 6/24
So I sat down one day at mapped out a diet. You can go online and get a diet done for you. I eat the same stuff all the time so I have a 4 day diet. That way I can go to the grocery store and I know where all my food is located.
But for motivation - I know I can drop weight fast as I have done that in the past. So when I eat right and do well and drop weight, that is a huge motivation for me.
Another motivation for me is not great but it works for me. I want to drop weight and make other people jealous. People tell me that isn't right but it works for me.
Another motivation - I have people in my yoga group (DDPYOGA) who have dropped 200lbs in a year. How did they do that? No. They put the work in. They were able to eat right and exercise consistently. And thats what this is. You have to find consistency. So from October to December, I hope to have a lot of consisentcy and I hope to drop 15lbs a month so that would be 45lbs. I hope to get back under 420 because when I lost 69 lbs before, once I got to 420lbs, I was able to everything physically that I couldn't do before and people were noticing my weight loss.
