This is going to be a short blog. So here we go. 2026 is here and how are you going to change. Are you just wanting to get better eating habits? Are you wanting to lose weight? Let's see where you are in a year from now? Good luck on your future adn I hope you reach your goals! If you have any good tips and tricks to get to your fitness goals, please share them with someone.For me, I am at 468.6lbs and Im am down almost 60lbs. I hope to drop 100lbs this year.

So....it is 2026. How is your new year going. 2026 has been crazy already and it is only March 8. Have been weighing in at 470 to 480lbs for the last couple of years. But this year I ended up taking a couple of weeks off work because I was hurt. I fell in the street several weeks ago and just ended up having a couple of bruises. But now all of a sudden, I can't walk, I am in pain every day and paid medication didn't help. I couldn't drive, could barely walk, could barely stand up when sitting in a chair. It made me think that when I am able bodied, I shouldn't complain about getting groceries, working out etc. I was so desperate to do that stuff when I was hurt. I have to take advantage of being able to do the errands, even tho I hate doing it. nstead of saying I don't want to workout today, I don't want to grocery shop etc, I should just get up and do it. I suffer was such prorastination so I have to turn 2026 around and be better. But one thing so far, I now weigh 466lbs so that is 62lbs down total and 69lbs is the most I have ever lost so I am within spitting distance of that and I think losing 100lbs looks very doable soon.
But here is something positive that I have done and I think everyone who is stuck should do. I was talking to chatgpt and I put in my information and it told me my new career path. I was like, this is crazy, how amI going to do that. Then it gave me action steps on how to do it. It is very possible for me to do that new career. It also helped me with my youtube channel and it gave me topics and ideas and it laid out a 12 week calendar how I can do my channel. I think I will be giving some chatgpt updates instead of weight loss updates.
I try to do a blog every Sunday but that hasn't worked out so far in 2026 but I have been posting kinda regularly the last year or so and I will take that as a win.

Blog 30 - OBSTACLES AND OPPORTUNITIES
Hello All,
I haven't blogged for awhile and I need to keep doing it because it keeps me accountable.
So they put a new pizza place right next to my place and it is so handy to go next door and to grab a pizza or grab a slice. the thing is too is that it is very good pizza. But I know I can get a pizza every once in awhile.
1 dropped 10lbs in a month from Feb to Mar. But since then I got full time at work temporarily and I am actually doing some overtime. I am not used to working 5 days a week but now I am working almost every day for a few weeks. But it will be coming to a close soon but I appreciate the overtime. But I have a day off today so I am getting my diet ready and Im going grocery shopping and I am getting ready for the week. I know I do have a busy week coming up soon but I don't work until 4pm until most days so I think I can get into a really good routine and I can't wait to get there. I am down 70lbs so I think I can do 30lbs so I can be down 100ls. But being down 70lbs, no one from work has noticed. I have had 3 people notice (who is not family) so I can't wait to be down another 30lbs and see if work people notice.
So there is an opportunity for me coming up to drop some more weight.
Blog 31 - GOTTA PICK UP MY SOX
Saturday, May 9/26
I was stuck at 470lbs for such a long time and then I dropped 10lbs in less than a month. Was stuck again and then I looked at when I actually did my physical therapy and I haven't done it since November. I haven't done a blog and I have been bad. But I am back today. I went grocery shopping and I bought all good food.
So my wife is wanting to start a streak of eating clean for this next 30 days so I am going to try to do it too. I actually put on 10lbs in the last month. I didn't think I was eating too bad but I have had hot dogs and chips and pizza. But I got all good food and I know I can drop those new 10lbs pretty quick. So I am 40lbs away to 100lb loss and that is what I am is concentrating on.
They also took down www.teamddpyoga.com offline as the facebook group is taking off. I am pretty disappointed as I enjoyed that site. It also had all my friends and blogs on it.
Well this is getting long so I am signing off.
Blog 32 - HOLIDAYS
Tuesday, June 2
So I am on holidays this week and my goal is to get my diet in order and to get into a good routine and to do some jobs around the house. I must take advantage of having this week off.
What I want to do is:
*Get into a good routine
*start drinking smoothies so I need to learn some recipes for that
*learn some recipes that I can throw in the oven
*do all my physical therapy and try to do some other workouts
*get rid of my 2nd car (as it doesn't work) so I have to clean it out
*get my drink tray up and running so I can sell it
I must take advantage of the time off I have and get all this stuff done. I need to lose a bit more weight so my back will be fixed so I can work another job. I think I have to get to about 415 lbs so be able to stay on my feet for my whole shift.
So we will see how this week goes. Stay tuned for an update in my next blog.
